"I had a nice day overall..."
I had a nice day overall, but honestly... the food prices kind of took the shine off it. Everything felt way more expensive than it should’ve been for what you actually get. I ended up buying less than I normally would and still walked away feeling a bit ripped off. They really need to do something about that.

"The parking situation really took away from the trip"
The main thing I remember from this visit was how frustrating the parking was. Before I could even enjoy anything, I was already annoyed trying to find a spot and figure out where I was supposed to go. Once that kind of hassle starts the trip, it kind of sets the tone for everything else

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about going: the show was entertaining and I did have a fun time, but it really wasn’t very educational. If you’re going mainly to learn something new, you might be disappointed.

I was disappointed with the whole night. The food was cold, the show felt rushed, and the staff seemed like they didn’t really know what was going on. For the price, I expected way more, but it ended up being a boring evening. The extra hype around it felt unnecessary.

"The dolphin part was the whole reason..."
The dolphin part was the whole reason we booked this, so I was excited going in. But it ended up feeling really rushed and just not worth what we paid. We spent a lot of time waiting around, and then when it was finally our turn, we only got a very short amount of time near the dolphins.

The staff were fine, nothing terrible there, but the whole thing felt more like they were just trying to get everyone through as quickly as possible. I left feeling kind of bummed out, especially since I’d been looking forward to it so much. I wouldn’t book it again...

We did the sea lion experience, and it was fun overall, but it felt a bit short for what we paid. The trainers were really nice, and the sea lions were adorable, so that part was great. Compared to other animal experiences we’ve done, though, there seemed to be a lot more waiting around and not as much actual interaction. My kids still had a good time, which helped make the day worth it, but I left feeling like I expected a little more.

"Really frustrating customer service experience"
I called to ask about my tickets and felt like I was annoying the person on the phone just by being there. They were short with me, didn’t really give me clear answers, and there wasn’t even a quick “sorry about that” or anything. Weirdly, I still remember there was this long pause where I could hear someone tapping a pen in the background, which somehow made it feel even more awkward. I hung up feeling ignored and frustrated.

I don’t know, I really wanted to enjoy this place, and at first I thought maybe I was just overthinking it, but the animals looked stressed to me and the whole vibe felt sad. I walked in trying to be open-minded, then halfway through I just felt bad for even paying to be there

"Kind of a miss for younger kids"
We went thinking the kids would be really into it, but they got bored fast. I kept waiting for something to grab their attention, and it just never really happened. The staff also didn’t seem all that interested in helping or suggesting anything, which was a little frustrating when you’re there with little kids and trying to keep everyone happy. Maybe it works better for older kids, but for us it wasn’t great

I was annoyed that the price looked one way while I was browsing, but then extra fees popped up at checkout. It just felt kind of shady, like if they’d shown the full cost upfront I might’ve still considered it, but…

"Still annoyed about the photo package"
I just bought the photo package recently, so maybe it’s still fresh in my mind, but it felt like a ripoff. I paid way more than I expected, and when I finally saw the pictures, a bunch of them were blurry. After that experience, I’d have a hard time paying for it again

"Not the ocean view experience I hoped for"
I was excited to go because I thought the ocean views would be the whole highlight, but once I got there, that excitement faded fast. Some areas were blocked off, and in other spots there were fences or crowds right in the way, so it never really felt like that calm, open seaside experience I had in my head.

For what it cost, I expected a lot more space to actually enjoy the scenery. I kept trying to make the best of it, but by the end I was just frustrated and kind of disappointed. I wouldn’t go back just for the views.

"Not really worth the money"
I left disappointed with the whole experience. The website made it seem like everything would be simple and straightforward, but planning it was way more annoying than expected. Finding clear info took too much effort, and the prices felt steep for what we actually got, which is never a great feeling, obviously.

Once we got to the park, it just didn’t feel all that special. Some areas looked a bit worn down, and somehow the day felt rushed but also kind of boring at the same time, if that makes sense. We were in Hawaii, so I kept thinking we probably could’ve spent the time and money on something way better.

The place seemed okay at first, and I can see it being a decent spot, but it just felt kind of dirty overall. The bathrooms weren’t in great shape, and there was some trash around, which made it feel like it hadn’t been kept up very well.

I didn’t have much patience for how run down this place felt. The bathrooms were dirty, the paint was peeling, and the walkways looked like nobody had bothered with them in a while. For what they’re charging, I expected way better maintenance

"Honestly, I Was Disappointed"
I really wanted to enjoy the show, but it just didn’t do much for me. It felt kind of all over the place, and I had a hard time staying interested. On top of that, it was way shorter than I expected, so I left feeling like I didn’t really get my money’s worth. i walked out feeling let down.

"Cold food and not worth the price"
I remember being disappointed when we left. The fries were already cold, and the burger tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. For what we paid, I expected a lot better. We actually ended up stopping somewhere else afterward because it just wasn’t satisfying. I wouldn’t go back.

"Way too much waiting around"
I felt like I spent the whole day just standing in line. Every time I asked what was going on, the staff kept saying it would be another five minutes, but that never really meant anything. What made it worse was that they acted like the waiting was somehow my problem to deal with, not something they should help fix. it ended up feeling like a total waste of a day
